We are so glad you’re here, now it’s time to get started!

General/Self-Guided Ticket Check-in: To the left as you enter our Marketplace you will find the PCC Ticket Office. Just follow the red hibiscus trail as you enter the Marketplace. This is where you can pick up your entrance, dinner and evening show tickets. Our helpful Customer Service personnel will be happy to answer any questions.

Ambassador/Super Ambassador Check-in: If you selected a guided tour (referred to as Ambassador and Super Ambassador packages), there is a special Ambassador’s lounge to the left of the Ticket Office. Here you will meet your guide, who has your tickets waiting for you.

Entering the Villages: Our gates to the Island Villages open at 11:45a. To find that entrance, follow the yellow hibiscus path into the Polynesian Cultural Center.
